Underbrush Books is hosting a Virtual Summer Romantasy Panel with Kalie Cassidy, Lyndall Clipstone, A.B. Daniels-Annachi, and myself on July 22nd, where we will cover cliffside longing, sirens of the deep, high seas antics, and the passion that drives them all!

Underbrush Books has put together a quarterly romantasy subscription box with all our titles in it! Called These Aching Tides, each box will hold a copy of all our books, swag and signed bookplates, and is put together with so much love and care.

The Snail on the Wall hosts an annual Romance Day — a celebration of swoon, tension, and love across the pages, and they’ve invited me to participate!

Come take part in their fun event happening all day August 9th, where they’ll run games, have tons of new Romance books and classics as well, and where I’ll be joining to sign copies of Soulgazer and chat!

Return to the Wild Writing Retreat

In case you missed it, I’ve been invited by Marina Green to join the faculty of her Return to the Wild writing retreat next October at Brownber Hall in Cumbria, England!

Nestled in the heart of the Lake District (yes, that one from Pride & Prejudice), this retreat offers a generous nod to Cumbrian folklore in an idyllic setting to reconnect with nature, storytelling, and your creative spirit. We’ll take long walks, hold critique circles, and discuss craft both in official conversations and all through the day.

I am beyond delighted to join both Emily Varga and Marina Green for the week, not only because they are kind, funny, creative humans, but also because the retreat I joined in Scotland, 2022 was a pivotal moment in both my career and relationship to creativity. My greatest hope is that I might pass along some of that same wisdom, inspiration, and hope that was poured into me two years ago.
